CBCA Names Tim Reed as Vice President, Human Resources

April 26, 2009, Columbus, Ohio - CBCA Administrators, Inc., the nation's premier Employee Service Organization (ESO), has named seasoned Human Resources professional Tim Reed as its Vice President of Human Resources. With more than 20 years of strategic HR leadership in a variety of industries, Mr. Reed will lead CBCA's development of the Human Resource Management division of its ESO product offering.

Prior to accepting this position with CBCA, Mr. Reed served 7 years as Vice President at Sequent HR Outsourcing, in a variety of roles encompassing Client Relationship Management, Operations and HR, and as Managing Director of Employment Services. While at Sequent, he developed expertise in talent management and acquisition, along with corporate employee benefits and development. Other experience includes Regional Vice President with Human Resource Solutions, Chief Operating Officer at Acloche, and Group Director of HR at Frigidaire.
