information and communicate with CBCA on claim and or benefit
verification issues.

Verification
gives you immediate access to patient eligibility and
benefits information for better point-of-care service.
Provider
Claims Lookup
lets you check the status of a claim or determine the
payment amount for a specific claim or claims.
Electronic
Provider Directories
help you locate network providers for referrals.
You
also have 24 hour access to information through our Interactive
Voice Response service by calling the toll-free number on
the patient's ID card.
Submitting
Claims Electronically
CBCA
encourages providers and others to submit claims via EDI as
part of our commitment to provide "best practice" administrative
services. EDI submission helps us ensure reliable, accurate

this time CBCA accepts medical claims only. Announcements
regarding dental or other claims will appear on this page.
CBCA
accepts claims through Emdeon (formerly WebMD) Payer
ID #55438.
Network
providers should submit claims as specified by the Network
Administrator or to the address displayed on the patient's
Plan ID card.
